In my last post, I wrote a lot about how I wanted to change the site from a blog to a shop, and other things I wanted to do. Well, I’m somewhat done with the changes! The new shop update is up and running! Of course, it will always be a work in progress, as I will have to update new designs on here, as well as add more products, but the selection that is available right now is good, and I’m glad I got it done.
There have been some changes in the menu as well, as blog posts are now available there instead of on the front page. Categories can now be found right underneath, instead of at the very bottom, but in a drop-down menu to avoid clutter. I’ve deleted a few links under Linkage, but added Spoonflower. The sites linked are where you will find be being active the most.
Now, in case you have read the other post, you might be wondering why Facebook hasn’t been linked. The reason is simple; I hate Facebook. I tried signing up, but they wanted more information than I was willing to feed them, and thus I decided that I’m not ever going to be on that platform. I’m not selling my soul for a little exposure. Instead, I went and made a Redbubble only Instagram account, which I won’t be linking in the menu here since it’s just for ads, but I’m having fun with it, and you’re more than welcome to follow me there if you want to read about my designs.
I was thinking about restructuring the entire menu and maybe change the theme, but I think it works well as it is now, and won’t touch anything there for the time being.
So, I hope you like the changes, and that the site has changed for the better. Comments are always welcome 🙂
